GrowMore Recruitment is a full-service, multi-specialist recruitment agency! We work across virtually all industry sectors, with clients ranging from small start-ups to global blue-chip companies and large public sector and not-for-profit organizations.
We are launching a new product on the Georgian market shortly, aimed at streamlining hiring processes and helping candidates find their dream jobs. We believe that hiring should be an easy and transparent process for everyone involved and to get this new shiny solution into everyone’s hands, we are building a team of experts to assist us in achieving our goal of helping everyone thrive economically whilst minimising the overall unemployment rate in Georgia.
Long story short, we are looking for an energetic Sales and Marketing Manager to help us create competitive advantage for our solution in the marketplace. This role will represent our brand and drive strategies to increase product awareness and increase adoption across Georgia.
To be successful in this role:
• You will need to have a strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
• If you have a marketing background or are interested in learning how to digitally market SaaS products, we’re a perfect fit
What you will do:
• You will be researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans alongside our leadership team, helping understand consumer requirements and identifying market trends
• You will drive system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing and sales goals
You will work with the other team members to increase conversions and coordinate effective sales strategies
• Finally, you will be promoting the company’s existing brand and helping introduce new useful features to the local audience
